WHEN TO USE
Drink HYDRATE-X immediately if you start to experience muscle cramp, or drink before and during exercise if you think you may cramp. If you experience night cramps regularly, try drinking HYDRATE-X before sleeping and/or keep a glass by your bed.
Dextrose, maltodextrin, sucrose, magnesium lactate, sodium chloride, citric acid, potassium chloride, calcium lactate, flavour (lemon), sodium citrate, potassium citrate.
HYDRATE-X is manufactured on equipment that may also process products containing egg powder, soy, dairy, and products derived from shellfish.
Excessive consumption of HYDRATE-X may have a laxative effect.
