Shipping Times
Orders are shipped Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm Tuesday to Friday will be couriered the same day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm, on weekends, public holidays or Mondays will be couriered the next business day.
North Island: Expected Delivery 1-2 Business Days
South Island: Expected Delivery 2-3 Business Days
Please Note during November and December courier times can be slower due to higher National volumes, particularly to regional areas.
What We Can’t Ship:
All Giant, Santa Cruz, BMC Bikes - Due to dealer agreements with our suppliers they must be purchased in store. Specialized Bikes can be shipped by arrangement.
