Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges, refunds or credit if you change your mind.
However, if an item of clothing doesn’t fit, we can offer an exchange on non-sale clothing only. The items must be brand new with tags still attached and original packaging. If you would like to return an item, please email us with your request at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Any courier costs incurred in returning the item to us are payable by you, and returns remain your responsibility until they reach The Hub, so we encourage you to return your item with tracking, as any items lost in transit will not be credited. If you choose to exchange your item, standard shipping costs will be payable on the replacement item as we have already paid for the free or subsidised shipping on the initial order.
Sale or Discounted items - No refunds, exchanges or store credit will be given on sale items, or items purchased with a promotional discount code. These sales are final and cannot be returned.
Items we sell are covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers which covers defects in materials and workmanship. The manufacturer alone will decide whether to repair or replace defective merchandise. It does not cover wear and tear, or damage from crashing. Note, shipping charges are not covered under any warranty. Because each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help to get it sorted.
