Box & Courier Bike

Purchased a bike in Hawke's Bay and need to get it pack and sent? We can professionally pack and send the bike.

Includes standard mountain, road and recreational bikes - See exclusions below.

We can only send bikes from our shop to a destination. We cannot send bikes from another location to a destination - Contact your local bike shop or courier service if the bike isn't in Hawke's Bay.

Exclusions

• No E-Bikes due to Dangerous Goods restrictions for batteries and weight limits applied by our couriers. 
• No Bulky racks and extra items like spare wheels. 
• No fatbikes
• No ISP (Integrated Seat Post) Road Bikes and TT/Tri Bikes
• No Rural Delivery - Some addresses are deemed rural (even if they aren't rural according to NZ Post) because the Courier Company doen't service that area and handover to NZ Post who are uable to take bikes. Most main cities are OK. Contact Us to check.
